Dear Tony,

I am writing to say how delighted I have been with the SmartOne Toilet Tissue System.

It was introduced to us in September 2008 and since installation we have reduced our fault calls and consumption dramatically.

As you know with a challenging client such as MetroNet we face many difficulties but I must say that this system has resolved many of the issues.

In addition we have seen a substantial reduction in our running costs.

I would like to thank you and your team once again for your continued support and I look forward to developing our business relationship in the future.
