Invidia Ltd – A company history

Invidia Ltd was formed in March 2004. It was originally created by 2 of it’s directors, Paul Culligan and Tony Ferrari. They had previously formed a facilities management company, Slaterton Ltd.

Prior to this formation Paul had spent 25 years at The John Lewis Partnership where he spent the last 15 years in a facilities management position. This gave Paul a perfect grounding and understanding that he needed for his position as Operations Director.

Tony had worked in several different business sectors and had ran several different businesses prior to joining Slaterton. Most recently he worked in the recruitment industry in a managerial position and took the position of Commercial Director with Slaterton.

This company was primarily focussed on the management of a chain of 70 bars and restaurant located nationwide. Slaterton worked on behalf of this group providing essential services and supplies which included Contract Cleaning, Waste Management, Cleaning Chemicals, Bar & Glass supplies and Sanitary Disposal Services.

In January 2004 Slaterton saw an opportunity for diversification in its business and Paul & Tony started to construct the ideas for Invidia Ltd – a company specialising in cleaning chemicals & paper consumable products.

At the start of 2008, Invidia moved it's focus to Environmentally responsible products and gained commercial partnerships with Metsa Tissue and BioD to drive it's product lines.

Invidia now boasts an extensive customer list and is currently tendering for several other major prestigious blue chip clients.
